Recording Artist T. J. Doyle Features Fans' Pictures in Earth Day Video

La Canada Flintridge, CA (PRWEB) April 18, 2011

T. J. Doyle, http://www.tjdoyle.net, whose debut album One True Thing was released in late 2009 by Indie Label Totem Artists, Inc., is making an Earth Day video of his new song Favorite Places that will feature fans' pictures and will be uploaded to his YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/tjdoylemusic on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2011. The Earth Day video will have musicians, Phil Parlapiano on grand piano and accordion (Tracy Chapman, John Prine, Lowen & Navarro), and Stevo Theard on percussion (Dave Koz, Terence Trent DArby, Bobby Caldwell) performing Favorite Places with Doyle at Swing House Studios in Hollywood, California.

Doyle made Earth Is Crying, a song from One True Thing, available as a free download for Earth Day, 2010 and then extended the free download indefinitely to make everyday Earth Day, according to Doyle.

The new song Favorite Places takes what I started with Earth Is Crying a step further by asking the listener to think about what makes a place their Favorite Place and inviting them to experience their closeness with the Earth and remind them of their innocence through this experience, says Doyle, adding I want to help raise the awareness of our love and respect for the Earth above the political discourse about climate change.

Doyle is making his 2nd album over the summer of 2011 and inviting fans to take the journey with him through a series of videos that will be uploaded regularly to his YouTube channel. The videos will share stories, previews of songs performed by Doyle on acoustic guitar, a view of the preproduction done with other musicians, and then finally the commercial recording of Doyles 2nd album.

Doyle recorded his first commercial album One True Thing at Studio City Sound in Los Angeles with Grammy winning mixer Tom Weir at the controls.

While Doyle wrote the music and lyrics himself for the first album, the musicians that performed on One True Thing are artists themselves like Rock Deadrick, drums & percussion (Tracy Chapman, Ziggy Marley), David Sutton bass & cello (Lucinda Williams), Bruno Coon, nylon stringed guitar (Randy Newman), Phil Parlapiano, grand piano, Hammond B3 and accordion (Lowen & Navarro, John Prine), Tim Pierce, electric & acoustic guitars (Crowded House, Eric Clapton), and Carina Round, background vocals.
